Community Testing Center hereby known as "CTC", includes any person working for, or representing Community Testing Center and all of its affiliates and locations. Although students take courses through CTC and earn their degrees from Excelsior University/AGMU, CTC and Excelsior University/AGMU are separate entities.
Excelsior/AGMU Enrollment and Fees
- Graduation from Excelsior University/AGMU is contingent upon successful application, acceptance and enrollment as well as payment of all required fees, and completion of all Excelsior University/AGMU requirements for graduation. Excelsior University/AGMU reserve the right to make changes to their degree requirements. CTC does not take responsibility for these changes.
Graduate School/Professional School Acceptance
- CTC does not take responsibility, nor does it guarantee that students who complete their Bachelor's Degree through CTC program Excelsior University/AGMU will be accepted into Graduate/professional schools and/or programs of their choice, or become gainfully employed.
  Students who wish to further their education and apply to Graduate School/ professional programs which require prerequisite courses, must complete these and/or any other applicable requirements on their own. The student is responsible to complete the necessary steps for the Graduate School application and admission.
Transfer Credit Policy
- CTC does not guarantee the transfer of CTC credits to other college programs, and CTC does not take responsibility for Excelsior University/AGMU credit acceptance policies.
Exam Retake
- Students who do not pass an exam (70% pass grade) will be able to retake same exam THREE MONTHS LATER at the current per credit rate.
Code of Conduct / Academic Integrity
- Any student who is found plagiarizing and/or cheating on an exam, will forfeit the fee and the credits for that course, and will be required to pay and enroll for an equivalent course in its place. The student will earn an automatic "F" for the exam, WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUNDS from CTC and possibly forfeit his/her enrollment in the CTC program.
Refund Policy
- No refund for registration fee.
  Course fee refund:
  Within 7 days of enrollment to CTC (no exams taken) 100%
  Within 14 days of enrollment to CTC (no exams taken) 75%
  Within 21 days of enrollment to CTC (no exams taken) 50%
  Within 28 days of enrollment to CTC (no exams taken) 25%
  Once the first exam is taken there are no refunds.
Image Release
- CTC staff often records or photographs activities/students in public and non-public areas, such as classrooms, for use in a variety of media. When you register with CTC you will have an opportunity to indicate whether or not you grant CTC the right to record or photograph you in public/ non-public area, and use your likeness, image, and/or voice in promotional, informational, or other materials.
Tax Form
- CTC, as the provider of college courses, is not in and of itself an educational institution, and therefore does not provide its students with a 1098 form.
